Hello from sunny Cornwall

Hello. My name is Aman and I live in Cornwall in the far SW of the UK. I am looking for some land in Central Portugal so I can build a low impact self sustaining lifestyle for myself, my Wife and our three dogs.

I am very interested in growing veg and fruit, keeping small livestock, foraging, hunting, fishing, alternative build methods and energy production.

I would like to find out as much as possible about all these things with respect to becoming self sufficient in Portugal.
