Living in a caravan on your own piece of land

Hi Aman here

Just wondering what the laws are for living on your own piece of rural land in central Portugal in a caravan.

A lot of the land I have looked at on line state that you can legally live in a caravan, yurt or tipi but is this your experience?

We live in a vintage airstream and will be bringing it over to CPT and we hope to live in it until we build a low impact dwelling.

Any information would be great
